How the Shinra unlock works
Shinra arrived with the Fire Force content and is tied to the new Company progression system. Start on Seventh Company Island, where the Shinra and Benimaru sellers, quest NPCs, and Commander are located.
Unlock the mission board
The current update showcase reports this opening Commander quest line:
- Find three cats on Seventh Company Island. Listen for the nearby music while searching.
- Free five hostages in Ruined City. Interact with a hostage, defeat the spawned enemies, then carry the hostage back.
- Survive three ambushes. Red-circle ambushes can appear on Seventh Company Island, Ruined City, or A City Island.
Completing the chain unlocks the Company mission board and its title. Mission-board tasks scale into harder versions and award a random reward plus Company Badges when claimed.
Farming Shinra materials
- Repeat mission-board objectives and claim each completed tier at the Commander.
- Use Company Badges only after checking the live shop and Shinra requirements.
- Watch for the Infernal boss, which is reported to appear on a server timer and can drop materials used by Shinra or Benimaru.
- Continue Company quests to move through Cadet, Recruit, Second Class Fire Soldier, First Class Fire Soldier, and Lieutenant.
Shinra's passive unlock adds Devil Footprint, while Adolla Link enables follow-up attacks for extra damage. Exact material totals and balance values were not confirmed by a second stable page, so this guide intentionally does not publish fixed costs or drop rates.
